Role Overview -

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and driving sales to maximize occupancy at Zolo properties.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Engage with potential customers via calls and messages to understand their requirements.
  • Make 100-120 calls per day to generate leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Explain Zolo's offerings and highlight benefits to customers.
  • Guide customers through the pre-booking process and resolve their inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive calling efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
