Business AnalystExperience: 3-5 YearsLocation: Jaipur (Work from Client Office)Key Responsibilities:- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and the technical team for Salesforce-related initiatives.- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and validation of Salesforce implementations.- Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and support project governance activities.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.- Support change management and training initiatives for end-users.Required Skills & Experience:- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to QA and Project Coordination.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.- Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Analytics or Information Systems.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (functional knowledge, user stories, workflows, reporting).- Experience in Lending & Loans domain (preferred).- Ability to prepare and execute test cases, manage UAT cycles, and ensure defect closure.- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Nice to Have:- Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.- Exposure to integration projects in financial services.
