Objective (Purpose of the Job)

The position holder is responsible for partnering with the business and ensuring, profitability planning, pricing and other business KPI’s are monitored and achieved.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with departments on product pricing related decisions
  • Assist in evaluation of Long Term Value (LTV) of new products.
  • Monitor and review the performance of new products and modify the offerings if any based on the basis of pilot performance
  • Assist the profitability leader in -reporting of financial results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis by managing complex consolidated financials, multiple business units and interacting with other departments
  • Manage preparation of various ad-hoc requests received from Senior Management, key business partners, or other corporate areas
  • Coordinate and develop a budget, forecast, and rolling estimates of critical business KPI’s
  • Assist in creating FP&A reporting metrics
  • Management reporting of KPIs, Business Performance on timely basis
  • Monitor and deliver on agreed service level metrics


Qualifications


  • 4 - 8 years of experience in FP&A and financial budgeting
  • Ability to develop financial modelling, , special analyses, and informational reports as requested
  • Significant experience in operational and process management
  • CA/CMA/CFA or MBA- Finance
