Description : About US Tech Solutions :- US Tech Solutions is a leading IT services, talent solutions, and HR Tech SaaS platform company.- We are driving digital transformation for enterprises by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and delivering talent-driven business solutions.- As we scale into the next phase of growth, we are building an AI Factory to power innovation across internal products and client engagements.Role Overview : - We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Head of AI Engineering to architect, scale, and lead our AI Factory.- This leader will spearhead development of transformative AI and Gen AI solutions, manage a large multi-disciplinary engineering team, and collaborate directly with clients to co-create rapid prototypes and production-grade solutions.- This is a high-impact leadership role for a dynamic individual with proven success in building large AI teams, delivering sophisticated Gen AI applications, and thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.Key Responsibilities : - Build & Scale the AI Factory : Establish a world-class AI engineering organization capable of executing multiple internal and client projects simultaneously.- Innovative Solution Development : Drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge Gen AI solutions for complex business challenges across industries.- Rapid Prototyping : Lead teams to deliver functional proof-of-concepts (POCs) in 3 - 5 days to demonstrate transformational potential to clients.- Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and articulating clear value propositions.- Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.- Delivery Excellence : Oversee full lifecycle delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through production, ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business impact.- Collaboration & Partnerships : Work closely with internal business leaders, product teams, and external partners to accelerate AI adoption.- Thought Leadership : Represent US Tech Solutions at industry forums, positioning the company as a leader in Gen AI-powered talent and HR Tech innovation.Qualifications & Experience : - Proven leadership in building and scaling large AI/ML engineering teams.- 15+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and Gen AI solution development.- Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated Gen AI solutions (e.
