About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with deep expertise in modern web technologies to help us build scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly applications. You will be working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building customer-facing products, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain React + Next.js based applications.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and SEO.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, backend, QA) to deliver features on time.
  • Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and trends.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Solid understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem (basic backend knowledge to work with APIs).
  • Experience working with REST APIs (knowledge of GraphQL is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
  • Hands-on experience with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Vite, npm, yarn).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
  • Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with SSR/SSG in Next.js and web performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel) and deployment workflows.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Material UI, TailwindCSS).
  • Contribution to open-source projects or personal portfolio showcasing frontend work.
