Job Title : Golang Developer with Temporal.Location : Bangalore (Remote).About the Role :We are seeking a skilled and proactive Backend Engineer with strong proficiency in Golang and hands-on experience working with Temporal (Temporal.io) to join our growing engineering team.You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems using Temporal workflows.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement backend services and distributed workflows using Golang and Temporal.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable backend systems.- Build and maintain APIs and microservices with a strong focus on performance and reliability.- Ensure best practices in software engineering, architecture, and clean code standards.- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.- Monitor and debug production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Contribute to architectural decisions and improve the observability of backend systems.Required Qualifications :- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Golang.- Strong hands-on experience with Temporal.io (workflows, activities, workers, signals/queries, etc.- Solid understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous programming models.- Experience building and deploying RESTful or gRPC APIs.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
