Responsibilities :

- System Configuration : Configure and customize Oracle CDP and CDM systems to meet business requirements and enhance data management capabilities.

- Data Integration : Ensure seamless integration of customer data from multiple sources, maintaining data integrity and consistency.

- Performance Analysis : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize system efficiency.

- Technical Support : Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing system-related queries and issues.

- Data Management : Oversee data quality, data governance, and data stewardship activities to ensure accurate and reliable customer data.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, Oracle consultants, including IT, Product, marketing, and sales, to align system capabilities with business needs.

- Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle CDP and CDM :

- Education : Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience : Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle CDP and CDM systems.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Unity Cloud applications is a plus.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Adaptability : Willingness to learn new technologies and Qualifications :

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in business processes.

- Knowledge of system integrations techniques like API , Streams, etc.
