Were looking for skilled Data Engineers who love solving complex data challenges and enabling smarter decision-making through clean, scalable pipelines.About Gloify.com : Gloify is a leading product development and software engineering company helping startups and enterprises build scalable, high-performance digital solutions.We specialize in end-to-end technology services - from product design and development to data engineering and cloud solutions.With a focus on innovation and quality, Gloify empowers businesses to accelerate growth through technology.What Youll Do : - Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Databricks (or AWS Databricks).- Integrate data from multiple sources into Azure data platforms like Data Lake, Synapse, or Azure SQL.- Partner with data scientists and analysts to deliver structured, reliable, and ready-to-use datasets.- Ensure high standards for data quality, security, and governance.- Optimize data flows for performance and scalability.- Monitor pipelines to minimize downtime and quickly troubleshoot issues.- Contribute to designing data models and architectures to support analytics and BI initiatives.What You Bring : - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.- Strong expertise in Azure Databricks (or AWS Databricks).- Experience with Azure Database services and storage solutions.- Solid skills in SQL, Python, and data transformation frameworks.- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.- A problem-solver mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Bonus Points : - Azure or Databricks certifications.- Exposure to big data technologies and distributed computing.- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or other orchestration tools.- Familiarity with MLOps or advanced analytics platforms.- If you love building data systems that make an impact, wed love to meet you.
