Roles & Responsibilities :

A Senior Software Engineer will design and implement complex functionality. Provide frequent guidance and support to other developers and be the subject matter expert of an application area. The successful candidate will participate on an agile team to estimate and groom backlog items. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional, and is user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and backend services.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Act as a subject matter expert for application areas and technologies.

- Participate in agile planning, estimation, and review processes.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices through unit testing and code reviews.

- Collaborate closely with global teams, including US-based stakeholders.

- Support the onboarding and mentoring of junior team members.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 810 years of relevant experience in web application and services development.

- Strong experience with enterprise-level or large-scale system development (preferably with 500+ database tables).

Proficient in :

- .NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML

- Azure, including CosmosDB or other NoSQL databases

- Microservices architecture, Pub/Sub messaging, Docker

- Unit testing frameworks and methodologies

- MVVM architecture

- Frontend frameworks like Knockout, Angular

- Experience working in agile development environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

- First 3 months : Contractual, remote work (anywhere in India)

- After 3 months : Permanent, on-site in Hyderabad (support provided for relocation, if needed)
