Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is a critical role responsible for the efficient operation of the sales department, ensuring alignment with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
This position focuses on maximizing revenue generation while maintaining high levels of satisfaction among employees, guests, and owners.
The Sales Manager acts as a sales specialist, driving profitable growth through targeted sales activities and strong client Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales function by developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with corporate goals and brand standards.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to support management decisions.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and networking events to stay updated on industry developments and enhance A masters degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent administrative capabilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
