Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Head of Department

Required Experience & Knowledge:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or hiring processes.
  • Industry Background: Experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or EPC industries is a plus.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Utilize job portals, , and other sourcing channels to attract top talent.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.

Interview & Selection Process:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening calls.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Onboarding & Employee Integration:

  • Facilitate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

HR Coordination & Employer Branding:

  • Work on employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
  • Assist in recruitment marketing activities such as job postings and career page updates.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail in hiring processes and documentation.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple job openings.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, and Excel.
