ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :

- Design, develop, and maintain UEFI firmware components with a focus on storage and bootloader functionalities.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of UEFI specification and programming interfaces (UEFI PI).

- Develop and integrate device drivers for various storage controllers (SATA, NVMe, etc.).

- Implement and test boot loader code responsible for system initialization and OS loading.

- Collaborate with hardware and OS engineers to ensure seamless integration between firmware and other system components.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of UEFI firmware to ensure stability and performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UEFI advancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIOS/UEFI development.

- Proficiency in C/C++ programming with experience in low-level system programming.

- Familiarity with EDK II development environment is a plus.

- Experience with debugging tools and techniques for UEFI firmware.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
