Join us and take us to the next levelContract Duration- 6 monthsKey Responsibilities: 1. Facilities Management: Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs and improvements.2. Grievance Management: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns related to facilities. Address grievances promptly and effectively, working with HR to resolve issues and enhance employee satisfaction.3. Seating Allocation: Manage seating arrangements and space utilization to optimize workflow and collaboration. Coordinate with departments to accommodate changes in team structure and project needs.4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of facilities-related data, including maintenance schedules, inventory, and space utilization. Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.5. Events Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistical needs are met. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to create successful and engaging events.6. HR Coordination: Work closely with HR to support onboarding processes, including workspace setup and facilities orientation for new employees. Assist in developing policies related to facilities management and employee well-being
