At FACE Prep, we combine cutting-edge curriculum design with personalized mentorship to deliver measurable student outcomes.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Campus Manager to own and drive the execution of our placement-focused programs within the assigned college. This role demands exceptional project management skills, client handling expertise, and the ability to ensure student success through effective mentoring and operational oversight.Key Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of program implementation at the assigned college, ensuring adherence to FACE Prep's standards.- Plan, monitor, and track project progress to meet timelines, quality benchmarks, and program objectives.- Serve as the primary point of contact for both FACE Prep and the client institution.- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, faculty, and placement officers.- Proactively address client concerns and ensure high client satisfaction.- Supervise and guide mentors and students involved in the program, providing direction and support.- Assign responsibilities, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.- Provide regular updates and reports on program status, student engagement, and placement outcomes.- Maintain clear communication channels among FACE Prep, mentors, students, and the client.- Ensure all program activities align with FACE Prep's guidelines and client expectations.- Continuously monitor program quality and implement corrective measures as needed.Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in managing student outcomes or academic projects.- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.- Ability to evaluate mentoring outcomes and implement improvements.- Prior experience in the tech sector or with tech-focused educational programs is a plus.- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.- Willingness to work on-site in Villupuram.
