This role demands strong domain knowledge, strategic sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage large-scale recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment:Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for niche financial services roles. Domain-Specific Hiring:Build talent pipelines for roles inAsset Data Services, Private Equity, Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, Financial Reporting , and technology platforms likeInvestOne, Investran, Geneva . Stakeholder Management:Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver on SLAs. Sourcing Strategies:Utilize multiple channels – databases, referrals, job boards, and proactive headhunting – to attract top talent. Offer Management:Negotiate compensation, manage notice periods, and ensure smooth joining formalities. MIS & Analytics:Maintain accurate recruitment data, publish weekly joining reports, and track recruitment metrics for leadership. Process Optimization:Implement best practices, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs. Market Intelligence:Analyze talent trends and competitor practices to influence hiring decisions.Essential Qualifications & Skills Graduate with9–12 years of experiencein recruitment, including BFSI and niche financial services hiring. Strong knowledge ofAsset Data Services, Private Equity, Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, Financial Reporting , and related platforms. Proficiency inMIS reportingand tools likeMS Office . Exceptionalcommunication skills– verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications MBA in HR or related field. Exposure to recruitment analytics and advanced reporting tools.
