SAP Program Manager :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and management of SAP S/4HANA on RISE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program delivery, large-scale transformation initiatives, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

This role requires expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving value realization through SAP RISE deployments.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA on RISE transformation program.

- Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets.

- Oversee functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE best practices.

- Manage program governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Drive business process transformation leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.

- Act as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders.

- Facilitate communication across business, IT, and vendor partners.

- Provide regular updates to steering committees and executive leadership.

- Ensure effective change management, training, and user adoption strategies.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience.

- 5+ years leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (RISE experience required).

- Experience in Manufacturing or Apparel industries a plus.

- Proven track record in delivering SAP cloud transformations and migrations.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and large-scale ERP implementation methodologies.

- Experience managing governance, risk, and compliance in global environments.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
