Analytics Team Introduction :

Landmark Analytics Centre of Excellence was established in 2015 and is a key function to aid the different businesses of Landmark Group in both overall strategy and intelligent data driven decision making.

The team has seen immense growth in the last two years expanding from a team of 2 people in 2015 to 100+ members globally (Dubai & Bangalore). The team follows an onshore/ offshore model of delivery and consists of people with expertise in Retail Analytics & Product Development, solving problems not limited to Inventory Management, Assortment Planning, End to End Supply Chain & Pricing.

Hiring :

Job Title : Senior Application Developer (5 -7 yrs.)

Technical :

- Good hands on with Python3+ versions

- Intermediate to advanced level understanding on core python concepts

- Web/Application Frameworks

- Templating code base

- Good Database knowledge (relational DB preferrable)

Familiarization with SQL queries (joins, subqueries, etc)/stored procs (if known) :

- Data structures and end to end process flow in an application lifecycle and integration.

- Sync vs async process, Multithreading vs multiprocessing

- API based solutioning and testing knowledge.

- Unit test framework

Sanity tests, regression tests methodologies :

- Basic configuration on deploying and maintaining an application.

Logging and monitoring :

- Hosting, Filesystems, Storage, Platform level understandings

- Cloud concepts

- Docker, Kubernetes knowledge (good to have)

- Exposure to ORMs

- Basic knowledge on frontend framework

- How to pass data in a 3-tier architecture

- Static vs dynamic components

- How to integrate with REST enabled backend APIs
