As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing the product strategy, developing innovative digital products, defining the ideas with relevant stakeholders, aligning the needs and objectives of the company, and our users, and driving the execution of these ideas.


Your role in our vison : We are looking for Product Manager who can act as an intersection between Technology and Business. While subject matter expertise is a bonus,what we truly want is someone who gets our business goals, understands the hurdles our engineering team deals with, and can work well with all stakeholders to make things happen.

Responsibilities


  • Identify opportunities and define product / feature vision and strategy. co-develop with the leadership team, lead from ideation to execution
  • Operate autonomously and take self-initiatives to resolve product problems and business problems
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Work with cross-functional teams of exceptional engineers, UX/UI designers, researchers, marketeers and growth hackers who collaborate together to bring ideas to life and make investing easy, fun, and accessible for everyone
  • Communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals succinctly to stakeholders across the organization - on the value and impact of the product to the bigger company strategy and direction
  • Able to determine the viability of new initiatives and understand cross-functional requirements; live and breathe problem-solving
  • Own end to end product launch & GTM
  • Ability to bring consensus in situations where there is disagreement or conflicting priorities among key stakeholders.
  • Able to manage and influence key stakeholders on new product ideas and independently drive product adoption. Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills.


Requirements


  • 6+ years of Product Management experience
  • Prior background in technology is preferred; MBA is an added bonus.
  • Good understanding of the financial and investing landscape of India
  • Track record of successfully building and leading digital products, preferably with some startup experience
  • Knowledge and experience in scrum / agile methodologies is beneficial
  • Independent, confident, and comfortable engaging all levels of stakeholders
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to function in a results-oriented, data-rich, and metrics-driven environment
  • Be a hustler and have excellent problem-solving skills; dynamic and charismatic with remarkable critical thinking skills
  • Works by influence, data, logic, and reasoning
