This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and design scalable, high-impact data solutions that power analytics, reporting, and intelligent products across the organization.If you enjoy solving complex problems, building resilient pipelines, and unlocking the true value of data, this role is for you.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and Spark.Integrate diverse data sources—structured and unstructured—including MongoDB and SQL databases.Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver clean, reliable datasets.Write and optimize SQL queries to transform and analyze data across multiple platforms.Ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage with robust testing and validation.Optimize Spark jobs and workflows for performance and scale.Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing data processes and infrastructure.Contribute to building and maintaining our enterprise data lake and warehouse environments.What We’re Looking ForStrong Python skills for data processing and automation.Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for distributed data processing.Proven expertise with MongoDB (queries, aggregation pipelines, performance tuning).Solid command of SQL and relational database experience.Familiarity with data modeling, schema design, and large-scale data systems.Understanding of data governance, lineage, and best practices in data engineering.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Exposure to data lake/warehouse tools like Snowflake.Bonus: Experience with streaming frameworks (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
