We Are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting ABAP applications within the SAP landscape. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to deliver innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Your role will require close collaboration with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop high-quality ABAP code. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within our organization, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ABAP development.
  • Optimize existing ABAP programs and ensure high performance and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
  • Participate in unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing to validate solutions.
  • Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
  • Keep abreast of emerging SAP ABAP technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, performance tuning, and debugging techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern SAP technologies, such as Fiori and SAP HANA, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
