Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on interior fit-out contracting works, focusing on false ceilings, modular works, electrical installations, quantity surveying, cost estimation, detailed drawing skills, and cutting list preparation.
- Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations to ensure team members can effectively apply learned skills on the job.
- Assess the current skill levels of team members and create personalized development plans to address individual training needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, techniques, and materials, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
- Ensure that all training materials and activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in the interior fit-out industry, with a strong background in false ceilings, modular works, electrical installations, quantity surveying, cost estimation, detailed drawing skills, and cutting list preparation.
- Previous experience in a training or teaching role, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting detailed drawings and specifications.
- Certification or formal training in adult education or training methodologies is a plus.

Skills:
- Expertise in interior fit-out contracting works, including false ceilings, modular works, electrical installations, quantity surveying, cost estimation, detailed drawing skills, and cutting list preparation.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD or similar drawing software.
