Vetic is transforming pet healthcare across the nation.Learn more about our services at Vetic.inWhat you'll do?- Category ownership: Build and manage the end-to-end category portfolio- assortment, pricing, promotions, and margins.- Vendor & partner management: Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers and brands to ensure competitive pricing, reliable availability, and differentiated assortment.- Assortment & fulfillment planning: Partner with supply chain and operations to ensure optimal stock levels, availability, and fulfillment SLAs.- Data-driven decision-making: Track category performance, contribution margins, and sell-through to optimize mix and working capital.- Online business focus: Strengthen the e-commerce channel through demand planning, pricing analytics, and platform merchandising.- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, tech, and operations to execute growth plans and category campaigns.What you'll bring- 4-6 years of experience in Category Management and/or Merchandising/Supply Chain.- Prior experience with quick commerce or e-commerce platforms.- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding - ability to balance growth, margins, and inventory efficiency.- Hands-on analytical skills with comfort using data for pricing, promotions, and product strategy.
