Plant HR Head (Manager / Sr.Manager Level)

Experience - ≥13 Years, Master’s degree in

human resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent

with

15+ years of relevant experience in HR preferably from the

Manufacturing/Engineering

industry

Language - Marathi speaking, writing, and reading knowledge is a must

Reports to – India HR Head & Plant Head

Location – Kohlapur District Maharashtra (Near

Belgaum, Karnataka)

Roles & Responsibilities

–

Human Resources Management: Strategic planning and

implementation of HR policies and systems which

include Manpower Planning,

Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Integration of new hires,

Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Performance Management System & Performance

Evaluation, Learning & Development

(L&D), Organizational Development

(OD), Succession Planning & Identification of High Potential employees,

Employer Branding, Employee Life Cycle through human resource information

systems, HR technology, human resources administration Payroll, HR Policies, HR

Audit, and Employee Health & Wellness, and CSR.

Implement the Employee Engagement initiative for better engagement andmotivation of employees, liaise with functional or operational managers to develop and implement plant/location-specific human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall human resource strategy. Ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets.

Industrial Relations: Liaise with functional or operational managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve Employee

Grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence to maintain productive and harmonious Industrial Relations.

Advise and train the line managers and supervisors on various labor matters and applicable laws to help them to ensure cordial industrial relations in manufacturing plants.

Analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as employment standards,

regulations, and laws to understand how this impacts the organization and adopt

employee relations practices as appropriate.

Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees,

unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labor relations authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organization’s interests are protected.
