Role: Lead- Digital Marketing

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Lead - Digital Marketing to lead our digital initiatives across projects and platforms. This is a critical role that combines strategic thinking with executional excellence, aimed at delivering strong brand outcomes and measurable business growth. You will be responsible for shaping our digital brand presence, driving qualified traffic, and generating high-intent leads using full-funnel marketing approaches.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and deeply passionate about performance marketing, user behaviour, and content strategy - someone who can translate insights into action and guide cross-functional teams to deliver digital success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Own and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across platforms, aligned with business objectives and GTM plans.

- Partner with marketing, brand, product, and sales teams to build integrated digital campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.

- Identify opportunities to scale demand generation through full-funnel strategies - including performance media, SEO/SEM, social, content, and automation.

2. Campaign Management:

- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic, email, and other relevant channels.

- Lead agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely execution and optimal ROI.


- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, content iteration, and creative refreshes.

3. Performance & Analytics:

- Track and report digital campaign performance against KPIs (CAC, CPL, CTR, ROI).

- Use web and consumer data to analyse behaviour patterns, and recommend strategies to improve conversion, retention, and experience.

- Own dashboards, insights, and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.

4. Digital Product & Experience:

- Collaborate with design team to develop high-performing landing pages, microsites, and campaign experiences.

- Monitor and improve website traffic quality, engagement, bounce rate, and dwell time.

- Drive UX/UI excellence for all digital properties.

5. Innovation & Growth:

- Stay on top of emerging trends in mar tech, automation, targeting, and content.

- Champion experimentation - run pilots, test hypotheses, and scale what works.

- Evaluate new tools, platforms, and formats to keep the brand digitally future-ready.
