Description: The Sales Head (PAN India) will drive nationwide sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion for Trizips transport-tech platform, which offers digital transport solutions, logistics products, and technology-led supply chain services. This role leads the overall sales function, manages regional teams, and builds strong relationships across the logistics and transportation ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute PAN India sales strategy to drive growth across Trizips technology platform and transport-related product offerings.- Lead, mentor, and scale regional sales teams, ensuring high performance and structured target achievement.- Identify and acquire key enterprise clients, transporters, fleet owners, 3PLs, and logistics partners to expand platform adoption.- Drive revenue through digital product sales, subscription models, and value-added transport tech services.- Collaborate with product & tech teams to communicate market needs, customer insights, and feature enhancement requirements.- Build strategic alliances with transport aggregators, OEMs, logistics service providers, and channel partners.- Monitor sales performance through KPIs, ensure forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership.- Represent Trizip at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.- Ensure strong customer retention, resolution of escalations, and delivery of exceptional client experience.- Drive digital adoption among customers, helping them transition from manual processes to Trizips tech-enabled platform.Required Skills & Experience:- 10-15 years of sales leadership experience in logistics, transport, SaaS, supply chain tech, or mobility platforms.- Proven ability to scale sales teams and build high-performing national structures.- Strong understanding of Indian logistics, transportation networks, and tech-driven supply chain models.- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning ability.- Tech-savvy, with exposure to SaaS, transport apps, digital logistics solutions, or marketplace platforms.- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
