Role Summary :

Join our innovative team at a rapidly expanding SaaS startup based in Bengaluru, where you'll take on a pivotal role in crafting a robust backend infrastructure.

As a Backend Developer, your expertise in Python, Django, and Golang will be instrumental in driving the development of our cutting-edge Modern Sales CRM platform.

You'll lead by example, guiding junior team members and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Your daily adventures will include :

- Work collaboratively with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.

- Architect, develop and maintain scalable Python backend applications, prioritising efficiency, security, and scalability.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code to power our web applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Implement server-side logic using Python and related technologies, integrating seamlessly with frontend components.

- Create RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems, enhancing overall functionality.

- Ensure robust security and data protection measures are implemented to safeguard sensitive information.

- Design and implement data storage solutions for optimal performance and scalability, utilising SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Optimise system performance, improve usability and automate processes to enhance overall efficiency.

- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to understand and address business requirements effectively.

What you bring :

- You must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in developing tech products.

- Proficiency in Python, Django, and FastAPI frameworks, with a strong understanding of Celery.

- Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices, with experience in building scalable web applications.

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless integration.

- Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Expertise in designing and implementing data storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Proven track record of optimising performance and enhancing system functionality.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
