Job Description – BI Architect (Tableau) Position:BI Architect Experience:7 – 12 Years (with minimum 3–5 years as an Architect) Location :Noida Employment Type:Contract to Hire – One YearAbout the Role We are seeking a highly skilledBI Architectwith extensive hands-on experience inTableauand large-scale data solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and implementing business intelligence architectures, working with large and complex datasets, and enabling actionable insights for business decision-making.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-endBI architecture solutionsusing Tableau and related tools. Define and managedata architecture, data integration, and reporting frameworksto ensure scalability and efficiency. Architect, optimize, and managelarge-scale databasesfor performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather BI requirements and translate them intorobust, scalable BI solutions . Lead the adoption ofbest practices in BI design, data visualization, and governance . Providetechnical leadership and mentorshipto BI developers and analysts. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting solutions. Integrate BI systems with enterprise applications, ensuring smooth data flow and accessibility. Evaluate emerging BI technologies and recommend enhancements to improve analytics capabilities.Required Skills & Qualifications 7–12 years of overall BI experience , with at least3–5 years in an Architect role . Provenhands-on expertise in Tableau(Dashboard development, Server, Prep, Advanced Visualization). Strong understanding ofdata modeling, data warehouse design, and ETL processes . Expertise in working withlarge-scale, complex databases(SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar). Proficiency inSQLand performance optimization of queries. Experience inBI governance, metadata management, and security frameworks . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications Exposure tocloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP) for BI and data solutions. Experience withother BI/Analytics tools(Power BI, Qlik, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge ofPython/Rfor advanced analytics and data processing.
