Position: SEO Executive Location: ( Noida ) Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
The SEO Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and improve overall website traffic. The role involves conducting in-depth keyword research, optimizing on-page SEO, and working on off-page SEO activities such as link-building. You will analyze data to identify trends, optimize content, and ensure best SEO practices are applied across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Keyword Research & Strategy
o Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords that align with the business’s target audience and objectives.
o Use keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to uncover keywords with high search volume and low competition.
o Develop and implement targeted SEO strategies based on keyword analysis.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization
o Optimize website content, metadata (title tags, meta descriptions, headers), and URLs to enhance visibility and relevance for target keywords.
o Ensure proper internal linking structure, image alt text, and optimization for user experience (UX) and mobile responsiveness.
o Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix on-page issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and site speed optimization.
3. Off-Page SEO & Link Building
o Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase the domain authority of the website.
o Research and identify high-quality backlink opportunities and build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and third-party websites.
o Manage online reputation and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
4. Content Optimization & Strategy
o Collaborate with the content team to ensure that new and existing content is SEOoptimized.
o Optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets for SEO while
maintaining readability and engagement.
o Conduct regular competitor content analysis and identify opportunities for content
creation based on gaps in competitors' strategies.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
o Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
o Track key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates,
and conversions.
o Provide regular performance reports to management and suggest actionable
insights based on data analysis.
6. Technical SEO
o Conduct technical audits of the website to identify and address issues such as site
crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
o Work with the development team to implement structured data (Schema.org),
optimize the site’s XML sitemap, and resolve issues impacting SEO performance.
o Ensure website optimization for mobile-first indexing and improve overall
website usability.
7. Stay Updated with SEO Trends
o Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
o Participate in webinars, training, and conferences to continually expand
knowledge and skills.
o Adapt SEO strategies as needed to ensure compliance with search engine
guidelines and industry changes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google
Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Content Optimization: Strong understanding of content strategies and keyword
placement.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and extract insights to
improve SEO performance.
On-Page & Off-Page SEO Expertise: Solid experience in optimizing websites for
search engines and building a robust backlink profile.
Technical SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with web development, HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript; ability to troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and SEO practices.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Desirable Skills
Experience with tools like WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of international SEO practices for multilingual/multinational websites.
Familiarity with social media strategies and their role in SEO.
