Description: You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Private Investments Due Diligence. You have found the right team. As a Private Investments Due Diligence Analyst within our Private Investments Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to private equity, private credit, and real asset classes. - Assist with sourcing new private market funds across asset classes. - Conduct initial screening and due diligence of prospective private market funds. - Support ongoing monitoring activities and performance analysis of existing funds. - Manage pipeline activities and contribute to market mapping for the due diligence team. - Oversee process management activities to ensure efficient team operations. - Support the development and maintenance of data and Portfolio Manager tools related to due diligence and fund monitoring. - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. - Collaborate with team members to enhance due diligence processes and methodologies. - Analyze fund performance metrics and identify key trends and risks. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the due diligence process. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in Financial Services or Consulting. - Proven ability to focus on complex tasks with strong attention to detail. - Experience with Private Equity investments or familiarity with alternative investment strategies and structures ,focus on private equity market research or equity research - Strong initiative and confidence in completing assignments with limited supervision. - Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
