Responsibilities :

- Administration and Maintenance : Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of SharePoint (2019 On-Premises/Online) environments, performing regular updates and troubleshooting as needed.

- Site and Content Management : Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions to meet business requirements and ensure security and compliance.

- Webpart Development : Develop, customize, and integrate SharePoint web parts to enhance functionality and meet specific business needs.

- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex SharePoint-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

- Permission Management : Configure and manage SharePoint permissions to ensure proper access control and secure collaboration across teams.

- Integration and Automation : Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party tools. Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, IT departments, and external partners to implement improvements and support SharePoint-related projects.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint (2019 On-Premises/Online), including managing, customizing sites, libraries, workflows, and permissions.

- Webpart Development : Experience in developing and customizing SharePoint web parts to meet specific business needs.

- Troubleshooting Expertise : Strong experience in diagnosing and solving SharePoint-related problems, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

- Permission Management : Advanced knowledge of SharePoint permission structures, configuring and managing user access, roles, and security settings.

- Technical Expertise : Proficient in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services.

- Communication : Excellent English skills, both written (Word) and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Language Skills : Fluent in English (written and spoken)


- German language skills are a plus.

Preferred :

- Development Knowledge : Familiarity with SharePoint web parts and basic web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Administration Experience : Experience in SharePoint administration, including patch management and system updates.

- Microsoft 365 Knowledge : Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
