Job Description :


- An AI/ML engineer with 4-8 year's experience and has good understanding of GenAI (around 1 yr experience)

- Should have hands on experience of working with LLMs and tuning LLMs

- Good knowledge on transformers, AWS bedrock, Llama, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, Vector database, and LangChain

- Excellent understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts and experience with Python language

- Strong fundamentals of NLP and worked on deep learning architecture.

- Working knowledge of MLops is a good to have but not a must.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement innovative AI/ML models and algorithms that leverage Generative AI techniques to solve real-world problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and define AI/ML solutions that meet business objectives.

- Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for performance and accuracy, using techniques like hyperparameter tuning and model evaluation metrics.

- Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI methodologies and assess their applicability to ongoing projects within the organization.

- Create and maintain documentation for model development processes, including code comments, project reports, and ML experiment results.

- Engage in model deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS, utilizing services like AWS Bedrock and ensuring scalability and reliability in production environments.

- Develop, implement, and maintain NLP components and pipelines for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation tasks.

- Utilize vector databases and the LangChain framework to facilitate efficient data retrieval and manipulation for AI applications.

- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and suitability for model training and testing.

- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and technologies to continually improve skills and apply new knowledge to projects.

- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and interns, guiding them in AI/ML best practices and techniques.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of development processes to enhance productivity and code quality.
