Position: Integration Analyst - ITX Location: Indore, MP Hybrid: 1 week in office every monthJob Summary: We are looking for a skilledEDI Integration Analystwith strong experience in EDI mapping, integration, and business process understanding within logistics and supply chain domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining EDI integrations using IBM ITX.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implementEDI mappingsand integration solutions usingIBM ITX (Transformation Extender) . Create and maintainmapping specificationsbased on customer and business requirements. Work with standard EDI formats such asEDIFACT ,ANSI X12 , and other industry-specific standards. Develop and configuretypetrees, maps, and business rulesin IBM ITX. Manage and support communication protocols such asSFTP, AS2, Web Services, and APIsfor data exchange. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful EDI integrations and smooth transaction flows. Troubleshoot EDI-related issues, analyse transaction failures, and provide timely resolutions. Document EDI processes, mapping details, and integration workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications: Around5 years of hands-on experienceinEDI integration and mapping development . Good understanding oflogistics and supply chain processes . Experience in creating detailedmapping specificationsfrom business requirements. Proficiency withIBM ITX (IBM Transformation Extender) —includingtypetree creation ,map design , anddeployment . Good knowledge ofEDI standards :EDIFACT ,ANSI X12 , and related formats. Familiarity & good hands-on experience withcommunication protocolssuch asSFTP, AS2, Web Services, and APIs . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
