Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by planning and executing SSI improvement
Retention of customers by planning various CRM activities
Implement customer sales complaint management system and ensure lowest complaint resolution time
Establishes and implements the right CRM tools to help build/enhance brand loyalty.
Assists in the development of customer care business processes and analyses customer care enhancements
Comprehensive system of keeping in touch with existing customer
Resolves customer complaints expeditiously and ensures better long-term customer satisfaction.
Obtains and records basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.
Maintaining contact record for customer analysis
Identifies weaknesses and make suggestions to improve promotional activities/customer satisfaction
Ensures the process followed is according to our Maruti standards.
Complete delivery process for customer as per Maruti standards.
