The Business Development Manager (BDM)Should have experience in the field of IT Staffing & Recruitment. Should have experience in handling teams of various sizes and be responsible for New client acquisition, Account Management, Delivery Management, Consultant Management & Business Continuity responsibilities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Manager- India, you'll need to:
  • years of experience in business development -Domestic staffing(India) in IT industry.
  • for Acquisition/ Maintaining of New/Existing clients and delivery as per client Handling, building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client.
  • for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
  • for building highly productive business relationships including identifying new client needs and creative solutions.
  • regularly with client to ensure satisfaction with newly placed individuals and resolves issues promptly.
  • and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.
  • to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner.
  • submission of MIS to the Management as per prescribed formats and responsible for all documentation/requirements.
  • should have excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on simplifying and presenting complex information in an insightful and meaningful way.
