We take pride in delivering strategic and result-oriented legal solutions in all areas of IP law — from litigation and prosecution to advisory and enforcement.Role Description This is afull-time positionfor anAssociate Advocatewith3–4 years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation , based inDelhi, India .Location: Noida, Sector 62The selected candidate will: Handle and assist inlitigation matters before the Delhi High Court and District Courts . Prepare, draft, and reviewpleadings, notices, and legal documentsrelated to IP cases. Conductlegal researchand preparecase briefs, written submissions, and evidence documents . Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities in IP matters. Liaise with clients, investigators, and counsels for case coordination and execution. Contribute toIP enforcement actionsandadvisory assignments . Work in close collaboration with senior advocates and partners to ensure high-quality client service and compliance with firm standards.Qualifications LL.B. degreefrom a recognized university. Enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi(mandatory). 3–4 years of experienceinIntellectual Property Litigation(Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Design). Strong knowledge of IP laws, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms. Excellentdrafting, legal research, and advocacy skills . Strong communication, analytical, and time-management abilities.
