Job Purpose :

Work on strategic innovative data science research projects with transformative vision. Work with Business Head and CFT to understand their requirements, help them understand the 'Art of possible', and design innovative AI/Digital solutions. Also work in collaboration with Data Scientist and AI/digital solutions architects in architecting solutions and developing them.

Technical Skills Required :

  • Knowledge of emerging research approaches, tools, and ways to present findings.
  • Knowledge on Design Science Research approach for problem solving
  • Hands-on Proficiency in designing innovative solutions approaches to complex business problems.
  • Strong knowledge on Design Process and Design Patterns
  • Working knowledge of statistics, and data science/AI programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Hands-on Working knowledge on Machine Learning concepts and Digital technologies.
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud, cloud-based data warehouses/ DBs and ML platform
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, and CI/CD methodologies to embed them in design think strategies.
  • Knowledge of Ontology, Graph databases and AI TRiSM will be an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Partner with Business units to understand, influence and enable short and long-term solution needs and helps execute strategies.
  • Conduct Design thinking workshops to identify 'Art of possible' and understand problems, hypotheses, root causes and collaboratively ideate solutions, and design logical prototypes.
  • Demonstrate deep functional knowhow of the Plant Manufacturing, and SCM/ Customer-centricity business and utilize this knowledge in the rapid advancement of agile, impactful, and cost-effective solutions design.
  • In-depth understanding of using Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM). Conduct research and analyze research data to explore, evaluate, explain, and onboard business stakeholder for desired experiences, present findings, and make prioritized design recommendations.
  • Should have good understanding of techno-functional domain with data, data pipelines, data storage, data lineage and quality data management, Experimenting & Augmenting AI/ML with new technologies such as - AI on Digital Twin, AI with AR/VR, AI with RPA, Generative AI etc.
  • Help create awareness for AI/ML and digital technologies amongst senior management so that they understand the art of the possible and will incorporate this in their thinking for problem solving and when developing business strategies and process designs.
  • Experience with Agile Project planning and management, Vendor co-ordination, Stakeholder management, Change Management, Risk Management for AI and Advanced Analytics projects
