Experience Required:● 4 Years in a relevant field of workMajor Roles & Responsibilities:● As a Brand Solutions Lead you will need to have thoroughknowledge of the plan in hand for accounts under your purviewand will be responsible for interacting with clients, understandingbriefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation,and discussing solutions to enhance the brand’s position.● Strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brandobjectives basis the client brief, setting timelines for projects basisthe brand priorities, and managing client expectations by keepingthem informed on various activities.● Timely reporting of the brand performance to the client as per thepre-decided scope, identifying learnings and implementingsuggestions to the strategy basis of the report.● Being the primary custodian for the brand when it is an integratedaccount, simultaneously setting internal processes for efficient teammanagement and workflow.● Manage and oversee the work of a group of team members toensure the timely delivery of day-to-day brand requirements● Provide training support to the team as and when required andprovide guidance● Identifying key performers within the team and mapping out agrowth plan and creating a succession plan.● Analyzing data, drawing insights, and making data-drivenrecommendations.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content,and technical teams to develop and execute digital marketingcampaigns. Ensure effective communication and coordinationamong team members.● Identifying opportunities to upsell additional digital marketingservices to existing clients.● Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices indigital marketing. Sharing knowledge and insights with clients andinternal teams to drive continuous improvement.Skills Required:● Strong Communication & Time management skills● Strong attention to detail, problem solving attitude and having ananalytical mind● Excellent client servicing skills.● Technical knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketinganalytics platforms
