- We are invested in both, employee growth and client Assist in end-to-end accounting and financial reporting processes in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP).

- Prepare and support statutory and tax audits, including drafting financials, audit schedules, and liaising with auditors.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.

- Handle reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany, etc.) and maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal financial controls and assist in implementing process improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collation, analysis, and reporting.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities including provision workings, depreciation, and ledgers review.

- Develop MIS reports and assist in variance analysis and budgeting as required.

- Track regulatory changes and update internal processes Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 13 years of experience in a finance/audit/accounting role preferred.

Required Skills:


- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards (IGAAP/Ind AS), and tax regulations.

- Hands-on experience in statutory audit, tax audit, and other assurance assignments.

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and return filing.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas, etc.).

- Familiarity with accounting software like Oracle, QuickBooks & Zoho books (preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of integrity, ownership, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
