Job Title : Tech Lead Salesforce (E-Commerce)Work Location : HyderabadWork Mode : Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home(either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a weekJob Description :We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our e-commerce organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, software development, and e-commerce. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Manage, change, or integrate Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with other tools as needed.- Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards.- Develop software using technologies such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.- Mentor and coach junior team members.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e[1]commerce environment.- Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Force.com / Heroku, Mulesoft / Apigee.- Ability to define OpenAPI specifications.- Proficiency in development languages such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.- IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (desired but not required).- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Experience with agile working processes.- High level of English proficiency.- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
