Job Description

- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems, including classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.

- Build and manage end-to-end data science pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.

- Ensure models are scalable, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

- Work with both structured and unstructured data from various sources, including images, text, and sensor data.

- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, ensuring that solutions are up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.

Key Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

- Strongexperience with NLP techniques deep learning models including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers including LLMs, classification, and sentiment analysis.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
