Job Title: AI/ML Developer (12+ Years)

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Location: Chennai, India (onsite at least 3-4 days a week)

Rate / Salary: DOE

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Lead with deep expertise in ReactJS, Python, and AI/ML DevOps, along with working familiarity in AWS cloud services.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on developing and deploying a full-stack AI/ML-powered web application.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about building intelligent, user-centric applications and capable of owning the end-to-end development process.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS, and NodeJS-based web application development.
  • Proficient in Python for backend development and AI/ML model integration.
  • Experience with at least one AI/ML framework (LLMs).
  • Solid understanding of DevOps concepts for ML workflows – containerization, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
  • Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS cloud environments.
  • Self-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in an agile, fast-paced environment.
