Job Title: Head - Content Strategy.Location: Noida (Work from Office).Experience: 7-10 Years.Company: Mad Influence Indias Fastest Growing Influencer Marketing Platform.About Mad Influence:Mad Influence is Indias fastest-growing influencer marketing platform, where we bridge the gap between brands and influencers to create impactful marketing campaigns.With a network of 1000+ influencers and a reach of over 100,000 lives impacted, we bring creativity, performance, and innovation to every campaign we design and execute.We work with some of the countrys most exciting brands and content creators, creating influencer-driven content that delivers real business outcomes.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Content Strategy to lead our content function.This role is crucial in shaping the content marketing roadmap, crafting platform-specific strategies, mentoring a creative team, and playing a key role in campaign ideation, social media growth, and business pitches.Key Strategy & Planning:- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and marketing initiatives.- Identify content opportunities across influencer campaigns, social platforms, blog, email, and PR.Team Leadership & Management:- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing content team including writers, editors, designers, and videographers.- Manage content calendars, workflows, and approval processes to ensure timely and high-quality output.Creative Direction & Brand Voice:- Own the brands tone of voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.- Collaborate with influencer managers, campaign strategists, and client leads to develop content concepts and narratives.Campaign Support:- Partner with client-facing teams to ideate and script influencer-led content and brand campaigns.- Ensure content aligns with client objectives and enhances campaign performance.Performance & Optimization:- Monitor content performance metrics and continuously refine strategies based on data and trends.- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and storytelling methods to drive engagement and brand reach.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Services to align content with broader company objectives.- Present content strategies and results to internal and external 7+ years of content experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or creative agencies.- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills across formats.- Strong understanding of content trends, social platforms and creator economy.- Experience managing creative teams and freelancers.- Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail.- Familiarity with content performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Sprout Social).Nice to Have:- Experience working directly with influencers and content creators.- Knowledge of SEO and content distribution strategies.- Background in video storytelling and short-form content.- A strong portfolio showcasing past content leadership and campaign work.Why Join Us- Work with top brands and digital talent in a fast-moving industry.- Be part of a creative and collaborative team pushing the boundaries of content and influence.- Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.
