It is designed to be intelligent, scalable, and future-ready, catering to the evolving needs of enterprises worldwide.Role DescriptionThe ideal candidate will combine strong backend development expertise (Django) with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and enterprise application deployment across hybrid environments.You will play a key role in architecting and deploying MyBizz ERP solutions — both in the cloud and on customer-managed servers..Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development (Django):- Design, build, and maintain scalable Django-based enterprise modules and REST APIs. - Optimize backend logic, data processing, and API response times. - Integrate MyBizz ERP services with third-party enterprise systems and APIs.Azure DevOps & Deployment:- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for both on-premises and Azure cloud environments. - Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Configure infrastructure for high-availability, security, and performance optimization. - Work with IT/Infra teams for versioning, patch deployment, and system monitoring.Enterprise System Integration & Deployment:- Plan and execute deployment of large-scale applications similar to SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP. - Implement data migration, upgrade, and rollback strategies. - Ensure seamless integration between cloud and customer-managed systems. - Maintain documentation for deployment architecture, versioning, and configurationRequired Skills & Experience- 2+ years of proven experience in Python and Django. - Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards). - Solid understanding and experience in implementation of on-premises and cloud (Azure) deployment models. - Experience with large enterprise systems such as SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent. - Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Linux-based environments. - Database skills with PostgreSQL/MySQL, and familiarity with caching (Redis). - Strong understanding of CI/CD automation, security compliance, and scalability practices. - Experience in API-based integrations with ERP or financial systems. - Exposure to microservices and distributed architecture. - Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and DevSecOps frameworks.What We Offer- Competitive compensation & performance-linked incentives. - Opportunity to work on next-generation ERP products deployed globally. - Exposure to AI, automation, and hybrid cloud technologies. - A collaborative and growth-driven product development environment.MYBIZZ ERP GLOBAL ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS
