Key Responsibilities :

- Operational Improvement & Analysis : Identify and recommend opportunities for operational improvements by conducting reporting, process, and trend analysis.

- Data Analysis & Reporting : Develop ad-hoc reports and conduct data analysis to support various business initiatives and strategic decisions.

- Requirements Documentation : Work closely with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements, particularly for correspondence templates. You will use tools like Visio to create use cases and workflow diagrams.

- Process Mapping & Optimization : Document current workflow processes and collaborate with users to identify, define, and document process improvement options and alternatives based on business needs.

- Gap Analysis : Perform and document Gap Analysis when transitioning to new versions of templates, identifying key differences and required changes.

- Issue Resolution : Take proactive steps to diagnose and solve any production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, from business users to technical teams, to present findings and facilitate project Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience on a production team or in a marketing department.

- Strong Analytical Skills : The ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions is essential.

- Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for interacting with stakeholders and presenting findings clearly.

- Problem-Solving : Proven ability to identify problems, develop effective solutions, and implement them successfully.

- Technical Proficiency : Experience with tools for documentation and data analysis, such as Visio, and an ability to develop ad-hoc reports.

- Process-Oriented : A strong understanding of workflow processes and the ability to map, document, and improve them.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
