About the Role:
Opportunity at Meril: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Baroda(Vadodara)/ Hyderabad /Chennai/ Bangalore/Mumbai/Vellore
Responsibilities:
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales and business for territory.
- Plan activities, supporting customers in using company resources and promotional activities as identified by the RSM Sales strategies.
- Connecting and engage with top Surgeons and KOL’s.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Responsible for the sales for the assigned territory.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Meeting all customers and developing contacts.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc/BA or Pharma graduate / Post Graduation
Required Skills:
- Personality: Communicative, Social, Persuasive, Energetic, Self-Motivated, Problem Solving
- Past Experiences: With Past experience with Surgical, Medical Device and healthcare Org.
- Proven experience in a Sales/ KOL Management , preferably within the medical device industry.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting market trends and customer behavior.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving Sales objectives and contributing to overall business success.
