Red Team Security Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and driven Red Team Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting offensive security assessments, simulating real-world attacks, identifying vulnerabilities, and working closely with Blue Teams to improve detection and defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute red team operations to simulate adversarial threats in real-world attack scenarios.

- Conduct penetration testing, social engineering, physical security assessments, and advanced adversary emulation.

- Use tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Empire, BloodHound, etc., to emulate threat actor behaviors.

- Develop custom scripts and payloads to bypass modern defense mechanisms (EDR, WAFs, etc.)

- Collaborate with Blue Team and SOC to improve detection rules, alerting, and incident response strategies.

- Document findings in detailed reports, including technical details, risk ratings, and recommended mitigations.

- Stay updated with the latest TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) used by threat actors (MITRE ATT&CK framework).

- Contribute to developing and refining internal red teaming methodologies and playbooks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in red teaming, offensive security, or penetration testing.

- Solid knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and common exploitation techniques.

- Familiarity with attack simulation frameworks and adversary emulation tools.

- Understanding of post-exploitation, lateral movement, and privilege escalation techniques.

- Experience in writing custom exploits, payloads, or C2 infrastructure is a plus.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report creation and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) :

- OSCP, CRTO, CRTP, OSCE, CEH (Practical), or similar offensive security certifications
