Equity Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the various investment proposals in the listed equity/MF/AIF space
  • Understand and analyze financial statements/MIS with respect to the portfolio companies
  • Meeting existing and potential companies/fund managers
  • Building and maintaining financial models of companies in the portfolio and investment pipeline
  • Preparation of investment memos and presentations to present the investment opportunities/analysis to the Investment Committee
  • Creating and maintaining trackers for the portfolio and key macro indicators
  • Conducting periodic channel checks, bespoke research
  • Independently manages bespoke portfolio of direct equities


Key Requirements:

  • Min 8-10 years of work experience; Preference for candidates who have led teams
  • Candidates with experience of working in Equity Research firms, PE funds, KPO units of global banks/consultancy firms preferred
  • Ability to manage and lead teams
  • Well connected with the equity investingfraternity
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills
