Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks, ensuring accuracy, durability, and compliance with safety standards. The role involves working with various metals and welding techniques to fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment and structures as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyse engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Arc, Gas, or other welding methods as required.

Fabricate and assemble metal components to meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

Inspect and test welded joints to ensure strength, uniformity, and compliance with codes.

Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper calibration and safety checks.

Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Collaborate with fabrication, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production targets.

Conduct minor repairs and modifications on machinery and structures as needed.

Maintain proper documentation of welding procedures and inspection records.

Essential Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Welding / Fabrication or equivalent technical qualification.

Proven experience as a Welder in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and safety practices.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas welding techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.

Strong knowledge of different metals, alloys, and their properties.

Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to work in various conditions.

Basic understanding of cutting, grinding, and finishing processes.

Adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
