Job Summary:


Fitstatic is a dynamic fitness startup focused on delivering virtual, live training sessions with a diverse team of trainers worldwide. We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Operations Manager to lead and manage our operations. This role is integral to our growth and involves coordinating with trainers, managing schedules, overseeing the onboarding process, and playing a key role in the development and testing of our upcoming app.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the smooth scheduling of sessions, coordination with trainers, and communication with clients.


Scheduling: Manage and optimize session schedules across different time zones, ensuring effective communication between trainers and clients.


Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new trainers, ensuring they are fully integrated into our systems and understand company policies.


Project Development: Collaborate closely with the development team to test and integrate the upcoming app, transferring existing processes into the new platform.


Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of operational processes and policies.


Social Media Setup: Secure and set up the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) to ensure brand presence is established.


Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives, including long-term planning for business growth and standardization of training sessions.


Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.


Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to ensure that the company meets its operational goals.


Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with different departments (e.g., finance, human resources, sales, and marketing) to ensure that all parts of the business are aligned and working towards common goals.


Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business operations and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.


Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Communication: Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that trainers and clients are well-informed and any issues are addressed promptly.


Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:


Education: MBA in Operations or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other project management tools.

Self-starter with the ability to think critically and take initiative.

Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Basic understanding of social media platforms.


Compensation : 4. 5 LPA
