Job Title: Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: ONSITE

Experience: minimum 1 Year

 

Qualifications

 

-         Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

-         Minimum 1 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in design and research.

-         Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.

-         Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including kinematics, dynamics, and materials science and industry standards.

-         Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.

-         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

-         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-         Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD) to design mechanical components, Enclosures, assemblies, Mechanical and Electromechanical systems.

-         Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.

-         Perform different type of analyses using finite element analysis (FEA) tools to validate designs and optimize performance.

-         Participate in design reviews, providing technical insights and recommendations to enhance designs.

-         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical, software, and other subsystems.

-         Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing design improvements as needed.

-         - Stay current with industry Standards, trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical design and engineering.
